About This Portal
This portal is operated by the Baner Residency Society for the purpose of society management, including resident registration, vehicle data collection for parking stickers, and maintenance payment tracking.
Information We Collect
When you register on this portal, we collect the following information:
- Owner name
- Mobile number
- Email address (optional)
- Apartment and flat number
- Vehicle registration numbers and type (2-Wheeler / 4-Wheeler)
- Maintenance payment proof (uploaded screenshot)
Why We Collect This Data
- Vehicle data: To issue parking stickers for society vehicles
- Contact details: To communicate society-related updates and verify identity via OTP
- Flat information: To identify and manage residents within the society
- Payment proof: To track yearly maintenance fee payments
How Your Data Is Stored
All data is stored securely on Supabase, a trusted cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to the database is restricted and protected by authentication controls.
Who Has Access
Only authorized society administrators can view and manage resident data through the admin dashboard. Admin access is restricted via Google OAuth to the official society email account.
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or provide your personal data to any third parties. Your information is used solely for Baner Residency society management purposes.
Security Measures
- OTP verification is required for editing registered data
- Admin access is protected by Google OAuth
- All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
- Input validation and sanitization to prevent misuse
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as you are a resident of Baner Residency. If you move out or request data removal, the society admin can delete your records upon request.
Your Rights
- View your registered data by logging in with your mobile number
- Edit your data after OTP verification
- Request deletion of your data by contacting the society admin
